The staff was fine and the location was decent - altogether a luxury experience. I enjoyed that an electric kettle and fridges were provided in the triple room. Buffet breakfast with pancakes and great omelettes, for example was DELICIOUS. The place was near Hanoi downtown. Overall the service was very good. Besides, parking was onsite, that's important for me.
